SafePresence® CareHub System
Wireless Call and Monitoring System
The SafePresence® CareHub System is a wireless system that is easy to set up, easy to use, and easy to modify when you need to add or remove transmitters. The CareHub System can be used as a standalone nurse call system or integrated with other products to provide remote alerts for fall prevention monitors and safer walking sensors for wanderers.
Nurse Call
The SafePresence CareHub is a 2.4Ghz wireless system. Patients use a small pendant transmitter that sends a signal to a base station receiver and portable pagers. The CareHub base station receiver accepts 16 transmitters and pagers accept 99 transmitters.
Managing Falls and Wandering
CareHub transmitters are used for both falls prevention and safer walking for wanderers. CareHub bed and chair transmitters have a built-in delay and connect directly to SafePresence bed or chair sensor pads. Staff is alerted when the patient moves off the bed. The CareHub floor transmitters connect to TreadNought floor sensor mats. The alarm sounds immediately when someone steps on the mat.
